On site Training
Ameritrain provides live, "real world," interactive training at your location for pre-license, continuing education and general and career development classes. The benefit of having on site training is that it gives you control over the training process. Minimum guaranteed class sizes are required.
Company Training Material Converted to Online Format
Ameritrain can convert your training material to an online course and make the information available to your employees. This provides you a convenient method of presenting training material to your employees, even if they are home based.
Private Label
Ameritrain provides existing training material and can create custom training materials for use by your company. The objective is to provide continuity with your existing corporate image. The training material can be made available through your company website or in printed form, to complement your existing corporate culture and image.
Multi-Level Hiring Assessment Test
Ameritrain has developed a series of tests to assess the competency of applicants and employees. These tests are designed for the entry-level, mid-level and senior-level loan officer and processor positions. Results of the test provide you a guarantee of the prospective employee's knowledge level before a hiring decision is made.
The tests are online, and immediate results are available upon completion of the test. An additional benefit is that areas of deficiency can be addressed and specific training courses can be made available to correct those deficiencies. A career counselor at Ameritrain will provide an assessment of the test results and recommend corrective course material.
State Certification and Cross Certification
Ameritrain provides a series of courses that meet the state pre-license and continuing education requirements. We are aggressively seeking approval with all states to provide a cost-effective cross certification program to reduce cost and provide convince to our partners and the business community.
Employee Resource Center
When your company partners with Ameritrain, we maintain an ongoing relationship with you. Your management and employees may contact us with their questions through our live or email response center. Our goal is to become your resource for mortgage education.
Volume Discounts
Ameritrain recognizes economies of scale and provides volume discounts for training materials and services. Additionally, you may want to consider our annual membership option to have access to multiple services.
